I love the fact that Beistle is reproducing these great vintage pieces. In regards to the negative review below, you can easily tell the difference between the true vintage and the reproduction pieces by the date that is printed on all of the new ones for sure.



These are a lovely, cost effective, usable option with the same look that we have come to know and love through the decades!

I am very pleased that Beistle is reproducing these great old pieces from the 20’s and 30’s. Some people can’t afford the original and the original one included flames inside the cauldron which makes it totally different. I don’t see a problem mistaking this as an original. I found you could buy the Beistle flame mats, cut a small piece and fit it into the empty space for the same look of the old centerpiece. Great job Beistle. Keep going. Chris

I am so disappointed that Beistle would choose to produce this wonderful antique piece. Leave the past in the past and produce new things based on old designs. Those of us who love the antiques want to be able to tell the old from the new. It would be cool if this item was reproduced in a size triple the original. That would be worth the purchase! As it is, this only serves to undercut the antique market and flood the market with repros.
